When you don't have much time, you have to make the time. You can get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. You can get some workout videos (amazon or collagevideo.com, library) and do that at home. Some are short and kick butt (Jillian Michaels 30 day shred) only 25 minutes long. Go for a walk on your lunch break. Get up half hour early a couple times a week and do a workout and then on the weekends. Put music on and dance around while making dinner. All activity helps burn calories.
