I have let myself go these past few months and I want to get back on track! I have to begin the exercise regime like I used to but work is really long and taxing lately! I promise next week to workout more! I am on Extreme fat smash Diet I lost 20 lbs last time I was on it! Wish me luck!

Help a Fat Smasher! Left my book at work until mon!
Im on extreme fat smash cycle 3 day 4 right now can I have all the food for today and tomorrow day cycle 4. Please Im holdong off eating breakfast because I dont know what to eat.

Supplements and Vitamins
take a multi and calcium but do not overload. I used to take a lot of vitamins and my liver was having problems and i made my system toxic!
