I am trying to shed some weight for our Honeymoon we never had. My ultimate goal is 125 but I am going to take it 20lbs at a time, so my short term goal is 175.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
