Well, its been 5 days since I have made some changes and I am feeling great. I quit smoking Monday and have been to the gym 4 days this week and really put in some work there. The initial soreness from the first few workouts have subsided, and I am continuing to push myself at the gym. I am eating better and it is making the workout a bit easier. I will feel even better once I start to see some visual results. It will certainly boost my pride. Wish me luck...
