Weights First or Cardio
Most of the publications I have read indicate that it is better to do your weight training first to break down the glycogen in your muscles and shift your muscle burn from burning protein to burning fat at a rate that would make anyone smile Smile I always do my weights first so I get a good pump, then hit the elliptical, then one more set all the way around of light weight to fully exhaust all muscles. I feel like a million bucks when I leave the gym!
