Started eating one meal a day and two supplement packs for a total caloric intake of 1200 calories. Fish or Chicken, fresh veggies, salad, small fruit, 3 qt. water. Cardio and Strength training 3 times a week.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
