Numbers as of 6-2-2014 Weight 179.8 (with clothes on) Height 5'11" B.M.I. 26 Body fat 31%
Idea weight for a normal B.M.I. 132.6 - 174.6 (I would be long dead at 136) 163 is my goal
Idea B.M.I. range 19.0 - 24.9 23 is my goal. This is what looks fit and healthy on my frame.
