Have not lost much this week but its been a stressful and busy week. I have been reasonably good. We had a emergency staff meeting and a bomb threat at work, both occurred during my lunch so it threw me off a bit this week. Someone had oranges during the meeting and I had one since I had no idea when I would get to eat my lunch. I have not had a BM in 4 days and it might be due to stress. I don't feel backed up or anything so maybe it will all flow out when I relax this weekend! Deep breaths!!
