norm: 1 hour upper body workout
ch 1: 9-10-8-8-7 (very disappointing)
ch 2: gardening 10 minutes
ch 3: restday

goal diet: 80.something before 18 juli 2014
goal sport: 100 pushups before 13 september 2014
