FATinIRAQ's Journal, 28 March 2009

I am back from my 10-day vacation in Lebanon and in truth, did NOT do so well with dieting... we hired a car and traveled the whole country (see blog: dailyhawler.blogspot.com), but also ate tons of seafood- hard not to after living in landlocked country, drank Lebanese wine, ate mezze (all containing olive oil) and unfortunately stopped three times at fast food chains (mostly when lost in remote Hezbollah-controlled places - seems the Hezbollah loves their KFC).

Now, to be honest, even though I walked a LOT and used the gym the one night we stayed in a 4 star hotel, I am AFRAID to weigh myself. Today I decided that I should start Fatsmash all over again and have brought only fruit and veggies to work. Do I really have to weigh myself BEFORE I start? I would be happy to wait until midway through Phase 1.

No worries...you will get back on track and be just fine. You do not have to weigh, but it would be good for you to at least know where you are at. I wish you all the best!

I agree with Hedder52, you should know where you are starting from again. Everyone has setbacks, just recover gracefully and full speed ahead!
