I probably have vastly underestimated the calories in my indian restaurant buffet lunch. Thank goodness for cardio kickoxing tonight!

I brought a surely healthier lunch to work but had a Groupon to an indian restaurant burning a hole in my pocket. Maybe the lunch I brought to work will sound tastier tomorrow...

If you ask the restaurant may have a calorie guide that you can look over before you go there. This could help you make healthier choices and stay in your calorie range. They may not have one but you won't know unless you ask!!!
