Today was my official WW weigh in day. Did not gain as I expected to, but did not lose either.

I know what I did wrong this week, so I can get back on track next week!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yup, you're right where you said you would be. Hard to motivate yourself to exercise when you don't feel well, or something hurts. I know I gotta get going on my aerobics tape or start walking again.

It helps now that I KNOW what I am doing right and wrong. A few years ago I would have freaked out and just given up and ordered a pizza. I did an un-official weigh in this morning and things are definitely back on track. Not counting it until this coming Friday though, but I am expecting and hoping for a good number to make up for last week!
