I've actually been doing the South Beach Diet for the past 6 days and I've lost 4 lbs. I recorded my weight at 149 last Sat and weighed in this morning at 145. Yeah! When I lose the remaining weight after the 2 weeks, I'll do more of a weight watcher's diet then.
