I made it through all the bar method today without having to stop. I can see results already, after just doing it 5 or 6 times. Now I'm deciding which exercise DVDs to take with me on my trip. I determined that I have to exercise three days while I'm gone, and hopefully can walk some too. Four days of driving is not good!
