I don't know why but my appetite is crazy this week. I have been constantly hungry and I never feel like that. I just finished with TOM so maybe my iron is low and my body is trying to replenish itself. I ate lunch TWICE yesterday, but I kept it healthy and didn't gorge on a bunch of junk. I am in a decent frame of mind though and feeling pretty positive on the whole. I probably won't lose anything this week but I don't think I will be gaining a butt load either. I don't want to walk around hungry and irritable. Everyone is starting to notice my weight loss (it only took 23 pounds for that to happen) which is nice and VERY motivating.
