Did Yoga Meltdown and I'm happy to say I'm not feeling sick like I was after working out yesterday. I have lemon buttress chicken breast baking in the oven. Its amazing how much ive changed.

I have been really pleased with my progress this past week. Once I started to take what I ate seriously, that's when the results started coming. A couple of days this week, my weight dropped too fast. Maybe it was the scale, I don't know. But a difference of 5 lbs in 1 day was just too scary. I made sure to up my carbs with more fruit or brown rice. I wanted to make sure that I did this low carb eating the healthy way, instead of just bacon and eggs and cheese like I did the first time around with Atkins. And I'm pleasantly surprised that my sugar cravings are almost non-existent. Haven't had any sweet and low or splenda, which is good. Need to stop with all artificial sugar.

I tried on an old dress and some teddies, and they fit great. I can't wait to slim down more and start buying new clothes, especially dresses! I never wore dresses except for probably twice in the last few years because I always felt like I didn't look right. But now I am so excited to see where this journey will take me. I want to be at a place where I'm ok with myself. I know its as much an emotional journey as it is physical. All the workouts and eating change has definitely brought some strong emotions to the surface. Well I hope it means my mind and body are ready to deal with them and eventually release them to welcome positivity in its place.
