1000-1400 cal days depending on whether I go tp gym or not.
2 weetabix with skim milk for breakfast and lunch.
Low cal dinner
Snacks- snack a jacks, ham, rich tea fingers, celery and cucumber
187.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
