Well after my stress test on Thursday I went and joined a gym yesterday. Wanda sort of wore me down some first but the chest pain scare pushed me over the edge.
I may swing by and work out on the treadmill a bit on the way home from work tomorrow. I'll schedule my orientation sessions soon.
The gym scale put me at 207 so I'm officially going to use that scale for my weigh-ins here.
Yesterday went well, foodwise. I wish I was loosing faster but the exercise will help.
