Okay, I gained another .2 lbs. That's two days in a row. Time to run a systems diagnostic to figure out why.

Right off the bat I can think of a few things:

Rice Cake for my AM snack to put my peanut butter on.
Strawberry for PM snack to mix in with my cottage cheese.
Large Salad portion from Moe's BBLunch on Wednesday.
5oz of red wine last night
8oz of chicken breast last night

In addition to the food, I had to take a day off from exercise after I crashed from muscle exhaustion Tuesday. And on Thursdays I don't get to exercise because its girls night. So I had half a workout Tuesday, none Wednesday, and none Thursday. Tonight I think I will do W1D2 of the C25k hopefully twice.

I heard they do Zumba at 8am on Sat. I might give it a try.
