Now that I'm up to an hour a day doing Pilates (break on Sunday), I'm going to start adding five minutes a week to my three-times-a-week dumbbell program, capping out at 45 minutes. Amazon still doesn't have Reebok dumbbells in the 12-pound size but Cap is an alternative I can buy that looks similar. The real test will be if I can stick to my exercise program during a hot and sticky summer. If I do, I plan to reward myself with something big. I can still pinch a bunch of blubber, so I may want to go lower than my initial target of 150. I used to be able to rationalize my extra weight - I'm only 10 to 20 pounds overweight - but now that I'm slinging around dumbbells, I realize ten pound is not light and 20 pounds is a lot of weight.
159.1 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
