They need to have a middle ground choice - I didn't completely go off the diet, but while visiting my sister, I felt like I needed to eat what they prepared to be polite, but I did stay in detox for breakfast and lunch. I am starting to feel like I don't miss all the junk. Even when I have cheated, I enjoy the food, but it isn't as big of a deal. I feel like this diet has helped me be in more control of my food. I don't feel like such a slave to cheese and chocolate and sour cream. And I feel so much better. I can eat vegetables, fruit, and brown rice and be satisfied. Feels good. I just hope I can stay on my diet when my husband comes home from training tomorrow!!!

Just remember why you are doing this. It is hard when your husband isn't doing it with you, but you can make it work. I have and it is an awesome feeling! You are doing just great, keep it up! It is a great feeling when you don't feel you need certain things any longer, but sometimes you just have to do it. You are doing great, don't give up!

i think you are doing a smart choice staying in the middle ground..i know for myself, if i am too strict with this diet..i start craving certain things a bit more..i am still losing weight but not doing verbatim what it states in Phase II. i need to learn little by little and not feel so rushed to lose in a little amount of time..Sounds like you are doing well with your eating habits..good for you!
