Wow! I've never appreciated a 1 lb loss until today! I missed 3 exercise days and pigged out on peanuts but still lost 1 lb! I was seriously expected a bit of a gain. I'm really happy about this!

I'm back to my exercise and diet routine though. I hope everyone's doing well too! =)
134.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
