Whoo hoo! Another pound lost, and nearing my next mini-goal in this new WOE lifestyle.

Even better, my hubby has now started the Atkins WOE, so we can work together toward living healthier lives.

Pulse (Resting Heart Rate)
AM reading: 72
PM reading: 55
183.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, Doozy. There's something to that thing they say about have a partner when dieting or exercising. It's great that we can talk about the ups and downs. He's a better cook than I am, too, so now that he's joined me, there's a lot of great experimentation going on in the kitchen! Even grocery shopping is fun...with us searching for low carb alternatives. :)
