Had a little indulgence for valentines day and the day after... Medications are also making me retain water, etc. Hopefully today will be a better day. Starting to feel better so I will try to get some more exercise in today.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
