I started getting up at 4:50 am and going to gym and walking on tread mill. For 13 days I did this getting up and going to gym for 30 mins I started getting up at 4:50 am and getting on my Gazelle, wiped off the dust, took off the jackets that have been hanging on it and started a 30 min work out watching tv and shows that I like. As of today I've lost 9 lbs and 3 inches in my belly.
