I am slowly losing weight and would lose more if I hadn't had a few more treats this week. Just the same, the chocolates I have been eating are well worth not losing weight faster, I am certain I will make this challenge because it is not hard to cut out a few more things I didn't appreciate as much as I want to get to my driver's licence weight.
148.1 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go! You are right, we have to work with ourselves, not against ourselves. You are doing great!
