Finally! one kilo dropped...!
without being too crude let's just say I finally had some digestive movement. why this only seems to happen on the weekend I really don't get.

so it just needs to stay! worries me slightly...
135.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
