Working out more than ever before - outside! I'm not upset about the weight gain; I actually think it's muscle building and water retention. In the past two weeks, I've hiked, biked, jogged and swam. Super proud of myself!

Yes, it would be water retention from all the exercise. It actually takes a lot of hard work and time to for women to gain an actual pound of muscle. But great job on all the activity!

Thanks, Suzi! I'm sure it's likely the entirety of the gain is because of water retention. I'm naturally muscular, so maybe a tiny sliver of the gain was because of that. My next weigh in should show a loss, however. Looking forward to it!
