Today I thought I would begin something new. Have been watching what I eat since I stepped on the scale March 4th and was 130 pounds...never have I been that high. It is easy for me to look the other way, because I wear a lot of scrubs and pajamas. Decided I needed to fix something. So far I have lost 6 pounds and have noticed my jeans seem to fit better. I am trying to go for a walk every day, although it is dependent on the weather...I don't like walking in the cold. Tomorrow is questionable if I go out :( My husband needs to lose weight too...way more than myself and I am trying to nudge him into making healthier choices. We have both given up pepsi, although I think he has snuck a few. More to come...Mexico in 9 weeks...hopefully that is enough incentive for me to bypass the chips and soda pop
