I'm still going strong on the diet/exercise program. Drinking a gallon of water a day is not as hard as you would think. I actually have it all drunk by 2-3pm. Anything extra is a bonus. I will weigh on Sunday, so I'll post it on Monday. I can't wait to see what the scale is going to say. I did my measurements and "before" picture last night. I hope this picture never sees the light of day outside my home. It's for my eyes only. I'm hoping I'll be proud to show my "after" picture. I hope everyone else is doing well. How does your stomach feel after drinking all of that water? Wow. I guess you're in the bathroom all day, huh. Great job though! I'm finally drinking my water again too. Don't worry about your picture, we tend to be a lot harder on ourselves than anyone else.

My stomach is ok...I felt like I was floating all day Monday, but now it's old hat. I am in the bathroom a lot but I feel like I'm cleansing my body, so it's cool.

I completely understand the "before" pic thing. I did the same thing and like you, it better never see the light of day again! The only bonus is you cant see the disgusted look on my face because I took it myself in the bathroom in front of the mirror and not knowing how to use my son's camera, the flash covered my face lol. I am going to take another one when I have reached my 1/2 way mark (15 lbs lighter). Just to see the differences. Can't wait to see your weight post on Monday. Have a wonderful weekend!

I took a before pic at the beginning of the month using my cell phone. I don't plan on showing it to anyone either. I'll probably take a pic each month so that I can see the progress that everyone else sees.
