Yesterday (Sunday) was a DISASTER!!! We went to Sam's Club for a couple hours getting stuff for the house. After that we came home, ate our leftover chinese from Saturday and sat on the couch for a couple hours and watched a movie. Then my husband decided that he wanted to put the deck roof frame up. First problem, at 4pm it was still 90 degrees and virtually no shade in my front yard. Second problem, we need a few more sets of hands. So, instead of sitting down and eating meals, I snacked all day, and on things I didn't need to be snacking on, like chips and a lemon cake my husband decided we just had to have. It wasn't until my sister-in-law came over at 9:30 pm that we were able to get the frame up. I decided that at 10:30 at night I HAD to have a bowl of cereal before heading off to bed. UGH....I don't know if I can get this cycle to end. I was proud of myself today for not snacking on junk. My one problem was breakfast, but I figured I burned most of that off throughout the day. I did get a workout in this afternoon, though I didn't do one this morning. I have to get back on track tomorrow. On another note, I ordered Plexus Slim and I hope to have it next week. I have a few days worth of samples to take. I'm excited to see if it can give me the extra boost I've been needing. Even when I stick to eating healthy and working out 1-2 times a day for 5 days a week, I don't see much of a drop in anything after a week or two. I've heard some good review regarding Plexus and I'm excited to try it.....my husband is even doing it with me!!
