So I kept hearing great things about the "Walk at home" DVDs by Leslie Sansone, so I went out on a limb and ordered some off Amazon, to prepare for the new challenge starting in 8 days. Hopefully they'll be as great as everyone says!

I love them i have been doing them for a month, with trying to stay under 1600 calories and am down almost 15lbs. i like them because they are eay to do but you get a great work out. I was doing the 1 mile first week, then then 2 mile by the 3rd week. Good luck, hope you like them for you

That's awesome to hear! I ordered the 1, 2 & 3 mile starter DVDs, I figure as I get through each one, I'll move up to the next, and if I can get to 3 miles... WOOHOO! :)
