Ate out some, but mostly ate salad and veggies.Did have a small piece of carrot cake.Exercising has been difficult the last week or so.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey....knowing you've already lost so much, you might want to document that (make you feel better when you stall out? It would me!) :) You can do it by adding a historical weight.
