Way to many carbs today :-( Only thing off plan was fried chicken - but I didn't let that give me the power to eat anything else. At least I just ate the chicken and coleslaw. Not the mashed potatoes and biscuit. So it was a successful day. Two weeks without diet cokes - only water & un sweet tea...

Hey there hon! Just wanted to let you know to watch out for coleslaw - if it is a restaurant brand, it's got sugar in it. Keep at it - you can do it!

Thanks - I just went online to check the carbs...not good :-(
Good thing I had a very small serving and ate mostly chicken.
