I love this site, but darn, I wish my avatar was the watermelon instead of the pizza!

Today I went to eat cottage cheese for lunch and discovered it had gone bad in the frige. The reason I get the 8oz containers is so that it won't go bad. Well, phooey.

Then I discovered I had no canned tuna. I know why though. No canned tuna I can buy these days is as good as the chunk light tuna from my childhood/early adulthood. I guess they've been overfished and we are left with the stuff they now call chunk but was called flake before. I'd buy solid light instead of solid white if I could, but ya know, there's only so much tuna in the sea.

I dug through the refrigerator and found the last of the sliced ham I thawed out. And a really big piece of red pepper. Somehow I need to get more fiber in there.
