Cant seem to get my numbers right too many carbs mostr are veggies but that damn oatmeal is killing me.

Have you looked up the carb, fat and calories to be in a good weight loss range? You might be surprised! I sure was when I looked up the range for grams of fat to try to lose weight, i thought i was WAY over because the numbers just seemed high. Anyways, not sure what you are shooting for but just a thought :)
