Yesterday was not a good day all around. It started out ok; I didn't get on the eliptical in the morning because my knees were bothering me from the day before so I decided to give them a rest yesterday. I didn't get in a workout after I got home from work, but I did do some house cleaning so I wasn't just sitting on the couch. However, when I got home from work I was STARVING (all I had to eat was oatmeal in the morning and a protein shake for lunch), so I got supper in the oven and while it was taking 45 min to cook I saw my daughters easter candy and decided to that a couple of jelly beans wasn't so bad. Then it turned into a couple jelly beans every time I walked into the kitchen. I ended up eating supper at 9pm when my husband got home from work. It wasn't too bad, a pork roast a little bit of mashed potatos and green beans, but I don't like eating after 7:30 or 8. I'm just so mad at myself for eating the candy...I can't help it when it comes to sweets. I don't have a problem if I don't buy them, but if they are in my house all bets are off. I did get a workout in this morning before work and I have plans to get one in after work but I have to get clothes and supplies together to donate to the people who lost their homes in the tornado that came through Arkansas on Sunday evening. My brother-in-law and his family live in Vilonia, AR; one of the towns that was destroyed. They are ok and they still have their house, but so many lost everything.

Your doing great, a few jelly beans isn't gonna mess you up. Sorry to hear about your brother-in-laws town, glad they are ok. Keep up the great job you are doing

That wasn't too bad. Glad your brother and family are safe as well as their home. I know what you mean I didn't eat supper until 9:30 or 10 pm last night and I ate a McChicken from McDonald's :(
