Started a group and only to members...trying to get buddies on fatsecret but can't figure out how...day 4 and feeling fine...not hungry but didn't get to work out yesterday so kinda feel like a lump...just trying to stay positive and think I'll check out Dr. Oz metabolism boosters....we"ll see
