5 days in a row of being more than 1000 net calories below my RDI with less than 100g of net carbs and 35g of fat eaten. Until I get my new scale I am only dropping my weight 0.2 lb a day and hoping it's actually lower when I weigh in with it.
After walking more than 2.5 hours today I am going to skip the cardio tonight and hope for a big day tomorrow.
