Journal entries are helpful because I can go back and read them and analyze my efforts. I've been working toward LCHF for the past few months w/o much success. I bought a blood ketone meter, which I'm hoping will help me determine what helps/hurts.
BK this morning: .3, which does not indicate ketosis.
My breakfast this morning is Bulletproof coffee: *coffee, 8 oz. *cream, .25 cup *butter, 2T *MCT oil, 2T Carbs: 1.75, Protein: 1.5, Fat: 74.47, Calories: 663.
BP coffee should keep me satisfied for at least 4-5 hours.
