So yesterday I felt bad all day because I was irritated with my roommate for getting me off routine. I forgot my lunch and had to spend more money I didn't have to get some groceries. I started bloating really bad, so the cute outfit I was rocking started looking too tight in the middle around midday.

Then I ate steak and drank wine at my girlfriends house. We had family night one night earlier due to a need with scheduling at her work, and that put me way over my RDI.

BUTI am still in 189 after a good poop this morning. That scares me. What if I hadn't pooped? Would I have gone back up to 190 or 191? I actually think I'm going to go again today...hopefully.

I brought lunch with me today and I am eager to see the affects on my weight from eating the new Naturally More peanut butter on rice cake for morning snack and cottage cheese and blueberries for evening snack.

UPDATE
12:00 I don't know if it was the wine from last night, the Naturally More from yesterday (ate a half serving), or the Naturally More from today (ate an entire serving) but I had a violent rumbly in my tumbly. I actually had to take off for the bathroom like a rocket and I kicked my friend out of there because I told her it would be too dangerous for her to stay and talk to me through the stall. I am very excited to weigh myself on the Wii tonight and the scale tomorrow morning. I think we might have just had a breakthrough. (I'm still aboard the nightly lemon/lime train, but wow!)

UPDATE
1:30 Wow, today's lunch was so much more fulfilling than my usual salad. I had a Moran's beef patty with sliced radishes in Kraft Italian Pest. I had a orange sugar free Jell-o for dessert. Yes...I said dessert. yummy! Right now I have a happy, non-bloaty belly.
