I didn't mean to do it however I just seemed to fast for most of the day yesterday. Thank God for phentermine. I weighed myself this morning and seen that I lost 3 lbs. over the last 24 hours. I know it's not really good for you however I might incorporate that into my normal diet if I can still keep losing weight at a normal rate.

From now on I am going to start leaving tips for my diet in my diet tips section if anybody feels like they would like to follow me.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
