Craziness abounds!
First: I started a new job this week! I'm working at a busy local cafe and my training schedule is all morning shifts, which is awesome financially, but the early mornings had been the time I was meeting up with my fitness buddy to do our walking. I feel bad because we were relying on each other for motivation, and having a pal made the walks go by so fast! Need to figure out when to get my walks in now...
Second: Two days before I started the job I started feeling I little run-down. I figured it was adapting to the new diet/lower carbs but then my throat started hurting and the day before I started training, I LOST MY VOICE. Not good for the first day of work. For about four days I didn't have much of an appetite, and basically everything that went into my mouth was to help my scratchy throat. I didn't track at all for a few days, then on Easter was pretty loosey-goosey, and once I really felt better I made a few dumb food choices...
Despite all of that, my weight is holding steady for the moment...just need to focus again now that I'm well and settling into a new routine. :)
