My scale said 170 lbs today, I am more comfortable saying 171 lbs for now. LOL. I skipped my morning walk to go on a job interview, but did Tae Bo when I got home. Whoooo! Hoping to get in a walk tonight, my activity partner flaked on me, but I'm gonna go it alone. :)
171.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
