Well today hasn't been the best but hasn't been bad. It is cold outside and that always gets me down. My shoulder is really hurting today. I did some weight training last night even after I said I wasn't going to til next week. I am wishing I would have listened to myself now. I can hardly turn my neck without pain in my shoulder blade. I haven't been able to lift my daughter at all today, which is a chore in wal-mart with three kids and trying to get them in the basket without picking them up. It would have been a sight to see, one after another climbing up on the bench and into the basket. LOL! It is funny now that I look back. I am planning on feeding the horses and heading to the gym to work out for an hour and then swim for an hour. Although we may swim first to give the kids time to dry their heads before heading outside. I think swimming would be good for my shoulder too. I will have to wait til April to afford to go to a doctor if it doesn't get better on it's own. So by then I will say I've dealt with it this long I can deal the rest of my life. That my life story. I probably would have died when I needed my appendix taken out had I not been pregnant and thought I was losing the baby. I hate the construction business, they may pay good but no benefits. I can not afford insurance for a Family of Four. Anyways back to my day, sorry I was chasin rabbits there. The kids are down for a nap, and when the bus comes and Michael gets home we are gonna be off like a shot and hopefully be home long enough after feeding to eat and get rid of the kids that aren't mine to boogie to the gym. I am hoping my hubby can join us tonight. I love it when he comes with me. We are on opposite sides of the gym and don't talk but I like the feeling just knowing he is there.
Well hope everyone has a wonderful day and stay warm cause it's freezing here. But should be 70 by Sunday again YEAH!
