Yesterday was a disaster as far as exercising and eating, but today is another day :)
I shifted this week's exercise schedule and did Plyo this morning. Will end with Kenpo on Sunday. Things just snowballed yesterday starting with not getting up in the morning like I should have and ending with CARBS galore.
Gonna try and fill out my day's food diary in the mornings during the week, and see if that can help me get a better handle on my day.

Plyo kicked my ass, but felt great afterward. Felt a little pang in my right side, like a mini-cramp 75% through the workout. Just worked through it, but wanted to note it here.
