Third day to do shakes only and my coffee...got hungry last night, but stayed strong. Cut myself to 2 shakes a day and my suppliments and my Green tea/raspberry pills 3x a day. It is working and I am well nourished...a little under 30 days to Maui...I need more exercise...No cheating for this girl....
