Day 2. yesterday 2 as weigh in and acclimating. today first strict day . down 3 pounds. All the water yesterday spent most of the day in the bathroom.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
