OK, doing MUCH better! Still need to work out but the weight loss if going well again! Getting closer to my first short term goal...being able to weigh myself on my home scale (which has a max weight of 308.5)!
311.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 17.5 lb a week
