Well this small gain was to be expected....I was on track until I stopped for a glass of wine...or two..or. Over to the neighbours as they have sold the house and move the first part of May. Today...the sky is blue and it is supposed to get nice and warm so I will redeem myself with hard labour in the garden.
146.5 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
